Who Can Join Golden Points?
Any AFP customer. If you have an account, you're already registered. If you don't have an account yet, we invite you to create one by clicking the “Sign Up” button.

Is There A Maximum Number Of Points I Can Earn?
No. Feel free to go ahead and earn as much as you possibly can!
How Do I Earn Points?
For every dollar spent on your eligible purchases, you receive 2 points. Refer other businesses and earn 2,000 points to be used on your next purchase.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Points?
Please note that points for your purchases will be credited to your account within 14 days. This slight delay is in place to ensure the authenticity of the purchase and to provide you with the reassurance that the points will be used for legitimate repurchases.
Can I Use My Points At Checkout?
No, you cannot use your points directly. However, you can redeem your points for a voucher that can be applied during checkout.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Please click on the tab labeled "Redeem Points" to explore our wide range of rewards. If you have accumulated sufficient points, you have the opportunity to redeem them for a desirable reward.
What Happens If I Leave & Decide To Join Again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
How Do I Opt Out Of The Program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please get in touch with us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you, and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What Do The 'Approved,' 'Pending,' & 'Cancelled' Statuses Mean?
a. Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
b. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
c. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)
How Do I View My Point Balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the bottom bar.
If I Have Net Terms Can I Still Use Golden Points?
If you have direct Net Terms approved by AFP, Golden Points cannot be applied to orders placed using those terms.
However, if your payment terms or financing were approved through Credit Key, you may still redeem and apply Golden Points to qualifying orders.
What Caused A Decrease In My Point Balance?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
What Happens If A Friend I Refer Cancels Or Returns Their Order?
Your pending points will be canceled and removed from your account.

AFP Golden Points are tied to an email account. To transfer these points to another email account, please send a request to info@asepticfruitpurees.com granting permission for the transfer and specifying the recipient.
REDEMPTION OF AFP GOLDEN POINTS
Customers can redeem AFP Golden Points for discounts or special offers on eligible products and services.
AFP reserves the right to determine the redemption value of AFP Golden Points for specific promotions.

REWARDS PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Customers who have been approved for direct Net Terms with Aseptic Fruit Purees (AFP) are not eligible to redeem or apply Golden Points toward orders placed using those Net Terms.This restriction applies only to Net Terms provided directly by AFP.Customers who have been approved for payment terms or financing through Credit Key remain eligible to redeem and apply Golden Points to qualifying orders, subject to the standard Golden Points terms and redemption requirements.

AFP Golden Points will remain active as long as the customer's account is active.
ACCUMULATION OF AFP GOLDEN POINTS
AFP Golden Points will be awarded to registered customers for every eligible purchase of products and services from AFP.
The accumulation of AFP Golden Points is based on the total amount spent on each purchase, and points will be automatically added to the customer's account.
