U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Hey guys, if you purchase purees before 5:00 PM eastern time, they will be shipped in two business days.

All orders received after 5:00 PM eastern time will be shipped on the third business day.

If an order is received on Friday after 5:00 PM eastern time or during weekend days, it will be shipped on Wednesday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on each particular carrier

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

ASEPTICFRUITPUREES.COM ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and any PO Box.

If you need a liftgate for the delivery, choose the options with it at the checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ASEPTICFRUITPUREES.COM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

For claims on a damaged product please send the following information to info@asepticfruitpurees.com:

We do not accept any claim after five (5) days of having received the fruit purees.


Returns


Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your receive the purees, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Pictures will be required previous to any return.

Returns will be an available option only if AFP sent a different fruit puree flavor than the one that was originally ordered by the customer.  Pick up will be scheduled by AFP and customer won't pay this return. AFP will proceed immediately to send the correct Fruit Puree flavor to the customer at no cost.
To complete your return, we require # of order issued by the store. 
 
Refunds 
Refunds can be done in certain situations with previous analysis of the cases. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Once you receive your order please make sure that it is complete. Also, make sure that all boxes or drums are in good condition and none of the bags are swollen or leaking.

Sometimes transport guys and/or conditions during transit are extreme and these may cause some damages to your order. You must notify us immediately if you find some issues with your order so that we can send a replacement or refund as soon as possible if it applies.

Please also note that claims are only accepted within the first 5 days after receiving your order. To file a claim just send an email to info@asepticfruitpurees.com with your order number, pictures that describe the damage, and a description of the situation.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

WHAT IS A FRUIT PUREE?

We gather fruits from the farmers. We clean, peel andblend them to make the fruit puree.

ARE THEY PASTEURIZED?

Yes.

DOES IT HAVE ANY OTHER INGREDIENTS DIFFERENT THAN FRUIT?

It contains Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) that is used to avoid oxidation of the puree. Oxidation is a reaction that takes place when oxygen has access to the puree. This will change the color mostly turning it black if we do not put any Vitamin C on it. Althoughthe aseptic bag protects the fruit puree, Vitamin C assures that this event won't take place.

It does not contain any colorants or artificial preservatives.

HOW TO USE IT?

Open the box, take out the aseptic bag, cutany of the cornersand then just pour it into the tank. Sanitize before cut. The bag has a valve but it is only for filling purposes.

HOWMUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE FOR BEER BREWING?

Anywherefrom 1/2lb to 2 lbs of puree per gallon. It also depends if you are going to add it during the fermentation process. In that case, you add more counting on the sugars to ferment out.

WHAT IF I HAVE LEFTOVERS?

Keep it refrigerated up totwo weeks. We suggest putting the leftovers in other clean and sanitized recipient (e.g. bottle)well sealed avoiding contact with oxygen.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

1 Year at max 75°F. No need to freeze
2 weeksrefrigerated after opening.

I'M MAKING A HARD SELTZER; HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE?

0.5 Lb. per gallon of Hard Seltzer. You can add more if you want to imprint more fruit flavor.

I'M MAKING WINE, HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE?

3-6 Lb. of purée will take anywhere from 3-5 gallons depending on strength and body along with the other ingredients needed. Of course, this varies from fruit to fruit but this is a good point to start with.

I'M MAKING MEAD, HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE?

As making wine, the recommended proportion is from 3-5 gallons depending on strength and body along with the other ingredients needed. Of course, this varies from fruit to fruit but this is a good point to start with.

SHIPPING
HOWTHE FRUIT PUREES ARE SHIPPED?

All orders from 3 boxes or more are shipped as LTL in a wrapped pallet. We have a wide range of freight carriers options that you can choose from. Please choose the carrier option ofLiftgatein case you need it.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PURCHASE LESS THAN 3BOXES OF FRUIT PUREE?

No worries. We have UPS ground service that helps to keep shipping cost down. Just use the regular shopping cart and then choose UPS GROUND.

WHEN THE PURÉES ARE SHIPPED?
If you purchase purées before 1:00 PM theywill be shipped next business day. If you purchase after 1:00 PM they will be shipped on the second business day.
If a purchase is made on Friday after 1:00 PM it is going to be shipped next Tuesday.

HOW MANY BOXES COME IN A FULL PALLET?
1 Full pallet = 60 boxes
1 layer = 15 boxes
DRUM ORDERS
440 LBS DRUMS

We are able to supply 440 Lb. drums. Usually, we carry some of the fruits and are available for purchasing on the online store.

On special requests lead time ranges between 20 days and 35 days and minimum order:12 Drums (5280 Lb).
We are able to forecast with you in order to have available drums permanently. Let us know!

SALES TAX WILL THERE BE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER? WHAT IF I'M TAX-EXEMPT?

Sales tax will be charged. If you are tax-exempt you can send us your Tax Exempt Form to info@asepticfruitpurees.com for review it. But first, create an account very quickly in order for us to mark it exemptafter reviewing the form. Usually, we take around an hour or so.
