Our star fruit purée of the month is Brazilian Guava (Feijoa), thanks to its aromatic and refreshing taste, it’s the perfect combination for your beer. Feijoa comes from the highlands of southern Brazil and some parts of Colombia. However, we at AFP think that the Brazilian Guava is like no other, the fusion of bitterness and sweetness gives it the right kick for your beers.
