- We know you are planning your brew or preparation so please keep in mind eventual shipping delays, transit times, or damaged products during the transit.
- Keep in mind that product damages may be caused by the carrier resulting in delaying your production schedule.
CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY ONCE RECEIVED IT
- Please make sure your order is complete.
- Check that all boxes are ok and none of the bags are swollen. it's very important to notify us right away in case you find something that is not okay, in order for us to send a replacement, if it applies, as soon as possible.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES
We send fruit puree replacements on our regular schedules through LTL or UPS ground at no cost after a claim is filed. If special shipping is needed (Next day air, overnight, etc.) it’ll have additional charges.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
If you purchase purées before 12:00 PM they will be shipped next business day. If you make your purchase after 12:00 PM they will be shipped on the second business day.
If a purchase is made on Friday after 12:00 PM or on regular weekends it will be shipped on Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, orders will be shipped on Wednesday.
NOTE: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
